I was looking recently for a Tallahassee Realtor who also had their Georgia license.  I was surprised that several of those I initially called never returned my call.  Either they forgot about my message or didn't want the referral.  Either way, it was curious.  I did find a Realtor interested in taking it, primarily through the activerain system.  I appreciate all the responses I did receive and again, I had already contacted some of those suggested with no results.  Thank you Katie.  I'm sure you are taking care of business.

In the past 2 weeks, I've received three new clients because of a particular AR person not returning calls and them contacting me!!  To that extent, I hope that guy never returns calls or emails!!

I'm always a little shocked when agents don't respond to such requests. Even in my busiest times, I always have time for a referral and if my team is too busy, guess what, my team just grew, because I'll be bringing on another agent to handle the referral. Does every agent not want to grow?

One would think that the offer of incoming business would be cause for a prompt returned call...but evidently not the case!  It will be exciting to start getting referrals in the rain!
