Home sales continue to out pace 2008 in the Phoenix Metro area

This week the Phoenix Business Journal reported that the housing market shows signs of improvement over the previous year, this may be assisted by the reduction in foreclosures, the banks willingness to participate in short sales and public perception that the real estate market has bottomed out.
