$8000 First time home buyer credit going away at the end of November

The wonderful boon to the housing market, the $8000 first time home buyer credit is going away November 30th 2009, this means ahat you must be closed and recorded by that date to avail of teh tax break.

there is talk about the incentive being extended but at this time nothing concrete has emerged.
