Senario: Agent is purchasing home for herself. She intends to give up her part of commission in order to lower the purchase price, thus lowering her property tax obligation. Seller will net the same or more. How should she go about doing this? Would form CBC do the trick? Modifying the compensation to buyer's broker to 0%? Is there another form or another better way?

I would think you can just do an addendum which reduces or eliminates the commission and write the offer for less money. Is that too simple?

Do you have a Special Provisions paragraph in the offer where you can spell this out?
