13 Comments on Speechless Sunday - Do you know the way to Greene County NY?
Wow.
that's a beautiful photo.
It makes me want to live there!!
That is a very beautiful picture, Jennifer.
Hi Jennifer... looking at this picture it is easy to see where Green County gets it's name. Very beautifule shot!
Jennifer - this is outstanding! Post-card ready too! Incredible sights you are exposed to.
Rip Van Winkle Bridge always reminds me of a band I heard up that way a long time ago Catskill Mountain Boys. Wonder if they are still around. Get picture Jennifer.
Great shot Jennifer, definitely a flyer shot.
Definitely a 'green' county, Jennifer! I love the perspective on the bridge!
Debi
Jennifer, ok, that is just beautiful! I expect a retake in a few weeks when the leaves are in full glory! I have not seen that bridge, I have to say it is wonderful! Columbia County is a wonderful place, I think if I was going to move to NY that is where I would go. I think.... LOL.
Wonderful, thank you!
What a beautiful view. This does look like a pic you can put on those Greeting Cards. Great post.
Jennifer how close is that bridge to the one that crosss the Hudson from Newburgh to Poukipsie on RT84?
Ralph - Thank you.
Steve - Especially this year everything is so lush because of the rain.
Diane - HV is a beautiful area of the country.
Paddy - I personally don't know of that group.
Kim thank you. Olana is up high and that's why I could get such a good shot.
Debi - Thank you.
Andrea Please remind me to get that autumn shot, that should be spectacular.
Lanre - Thank you.
George - The Rip Van Winkle is about an hour away from the Beacon Newburgh Bridge. In between you have the Mid Hudson Bridge and the Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge.
Wow what an amazing view Jennifer. The mountains in the background are beautiful!
Jennifer,
That is quite the shot. Great perspective looking down on the river valley below. :)
