Heal Relationships

The number one reason couples fight is over money. (the number two reason is a discussion for a different type of 'expert'.) Credit bullies and financial mercenaries are destroying relationships!

I still remember my folks snapping at us kids when it was time to pay the bills. Money stress damages every relationship in your life. Don't your loved ones deserve better?

Maybe you don't have the right relationship in your life right now. I guarantee you this: solving your money worries won't reduce your chances of attracting someone. "Money confidence" works like a giant magnet that draws the opposite sex towards you without you even trying.

With money problems gone, you instantly become a better parent, lover, child, sibling, and friend.

Wouldn't your life be happier if your relationships were right?

   Here are some tips.

#1 Write down exactly what your bills are each month. You would be amazed at how many folks have no idea what they're spending. This lack of awareness is one way pitfalls sneak up on you.

#2 See what you can honestly cut. Do you have two or three email accounts? Any other "auto pay" services you pay for that you just don't use anymore. How about Starbucks? You can make better latte's at home for 1/4th the price. And if it makes you feel better, put them in reused Starbucks cups.

#3 Lawn care. You can fertilize your own lawn, get some sun and do it for about 1 tenth of the cost of commercial suppliers.

#4 Overdraft fees. The $1.7 trillion dollar credit card industry makes billions from over limit and late fees. Your bank makes a ton from overdraft fees. Are you guilty?

#5 Do you have 3 or more personal credit cards with total balances over $5,000? It could be a sign you're getting into the habit of spending more than you make. Those cards cary a hefty price tag that eat away at your wealth like a bad cancer.

Add your own tips to this blog. Let's keep it going!

All the best,
