Yesterday, I had a Farewell dinner with my friends cause her house was Under Contract and will be moving to Texas by the end of September. I am honored to help her to sell her house and really enjoyed working with her the whole time. The only thing is...you really don't want your Good friends to move away...
It happened to me the past couple months that I already helped another good friend of mine to sell her house and I was too busy not even had time to have Farewell dinner with her. But I did call them while they were driving to Texas (Yes, seems most my good friends are moving to Texas...) and wish them the best!
But you truly know it is not easy to send your friend away!! I am glad I can have at least had Farewell dinner with my friends this time. Also, I am so happy that my good friends can sell their houses and I really appreciated them to give me the opportunities to help them in the whole process!!
I told my friend yesterday that "I would love to help you buy a house here instead of selling your houses!" Anyway, we already started planning a reunion in Texas next year to fly down to celebrate her daughter 5 year old birthday!!
