Hey, Terry - That's a mommy deer (top) and her little one born earlier this year. Big daddy buck was off to the left doing a little rutting and chasing a female all over the place. I guess even wildlife cheat on their spouses every now and then. After all, it looks like mommy put on a little weight, a few wrinkles here and there, and just not as sexy as last year. There are times when I do wish I had a video camera, but since the tram was moving anyway, I suspect that the video would not have been that good. I still get a kick out of parents trying to answer their children when they ask, "Why is that big one chasing the small one?" To a child, it's probably like big brother chasing little brother - LOL.

Hey, Gerry - Actually, I was hacking around on your computer this morning and found that picture. I thought it was worthy of being from the San Diego Wild Animal Park so I borrowed it. Hope you don't mind -- LOL
