Good tip, Steven. What percentage of agents out there today practicing real estate do not have a digital camera? Maybe 10%?

Really, then why is it that new listings come up with no photos? Do listing agents not realize that when they post a new listing that the next morning their listing with or without photo will be sent out on the hundreds of alerts set up through mls or company websites the next morning. They only get one chance at being a new listing. I wish it were only 10%, this is one time I'd rather not be right. I'll bet it's higher.
