Your update on the market in Salt Lake County sounds good. So glad to hear that sales are improving. The tax credit appears to be doing what it is supposed to for our economy.

Pat, That would seem about right. Salt Lake has so much to offer in out door activity, beauty, sporting events and culture. We do love our view and I am lucky enough to live high enough to have a great view.
