Ken ~ Looks and sounds these condos are located in a great area! Beautiful lake setting.

Ken, my business has picked up. Of three current contracts only one is a first time home buyer. I don't get it either. I was calling on a list of first buyers today. There reply was simple not comfortable with the economy and will wait a little longer before buying anything.
