Average price of these homes was $169,003, Median price was $145,800, and total volume of $102,584,916. The average Days on Market (DOM) was 104 days.
Year to date, from January 1st 2009 to August 31st 2009 there were 4371 homes sold in the Greater Greenville Real Estate market. Average sold price was $167,559, Median sold price was $140,000, and total volume was $732,400,061. The average DOM was 101 days.
