Omni Martial Arts Astoria Queens NY Business and Some New York Feng Shui

Omni Martial Arts center is the newest Business to hit Astoria, Queens New York with a BANG.  Created by Julio Rivera and Maria Pagan, it was a dream come to life.  Now they seek to help others through Martial Arts and an overall sense of Well Being.

Omni Martial Arts in Queens New York is a "check your attitude" at the door type of place.  It is a place where people go to learn-AT their OWN pace.  There is no pressure here and it encompasses everyone including Children, Adults and Seniors.

Dreams become Realities.  Maria and Sensei Julio's dreams were a Reality waiting to happen, they just needed some New York Feng Shui to get them moving in the right direction.  They had seen this space before the Feng Shui Consultation and felt SURE it was the right place for them but someone had already rented it.  Fortunately, Feng Shui knows no boundaries.

Feng Shui Consultants Laura Cerrano and Carole Provenzale made some suggestions during a Feng Shui Consultation of their lovely apartment in QueensOur clients followed them ALL and just three months later are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of The Omni Martial Arts Center located at 35-08 Ditmars Blvd., Astoria, Queens New YorkYou just may want to give them a call at 718-726-0101 to stop in and meet them or take a Complimentary Class they are offering.

You'll instantly feel welcome when you walk in the door and leave your cares behind.  It's a place to be Inspired and to Inspire....to learn and grow without the pressure.

This is a remarkable transformation that took place, Carole.  You have done a very, very nice job in making it an inviting place for people to come and take their children to learn the marital arts skills.

Carole, sounds like they were listening to your advice.
You made it all come back.  How I miss it.  I used to practice Karate ... and I absolutely loved it.
I had a great Sensei.....
I never felt so great in my life...
Maybe I'll go visit ...

Thanks, Carole. :)

Hmmm, I should look for all my Tae Kwon Do Dojo photos. I designed a 3000 square foot state of the art studios in Lynnwood WA and in West Palm Beach. We owned TKD schools for 15 years. All my kids and I are second and third degree black belts. That was another life:) Katerina

Nice transformation indeed!  I wish them success in their new location.

Hi Carole,

You did a great job!!!!  You have created a very inviting environment for people to enjoy all that the facility has to offer.

I have a question for you as a former football coach.  Have any football programs hired you in the NY area to decorate the VISITORS locker room so they will be so soothed and tranquil from your great decorating that they may do poorly on the football field?  Just a thought for future marketing!

Hey we both had martial arts posts!  Carole I think you and I are the only ones left that haven't replaced our blurry photos - yikes!

I love that it's a "learn at your own place" place :-)  That in itself would get me in the door.

Sheldon, The synchronicity with which this place came together still amazes all of us.  It's a wonderful new space and I know the owners will do very well here.

Sharon, It was fun and wonderful to work with people who understand and believe in Feng Shui.

Sylvie, When you come to New York to visit, I'll take you to this lovely place.  Don't worry, I have an "in" with the owners :)

Georgina, They are already getting press and doing well, thank you!  I wish them the same.

Bruce, Hi, that's an interesting question.  No, they haven't but I have always believed their uniforms have a part in how they play :)  That's my very unscientific method of choosing a winning team :)

Donna, Thank you.  It's a beautiful space and very different from what we first walked into.  The location is just perfect as well--I have no doubts they will do extremely well.

Liz, What do they say about great minds?  I know, I need a new photo.  A professional one I think, this time.

Katerina, I think that's incredible and would try to find time not to let that drop!  It can only benefit you and is such wonderful training.

Kris, It would get me in as well if I were closer.  I know in many places you are pressured to "keep up" and that's not the philosopy here at all.

Gabriela, I am thrilled for them and know they will do very well!   It's already been a resounding success!

Carol, It is so wonderful to work with clients who take your advice and watch how things happen like this.  It all came together so fast I believe we are all still in wonder!

Paddy, You DO feel wonderful from the minute you step inside.  It's a total transformation and they've created a wonderful new health concious wellness place.

Carole - I have a 13 year old grandson, who has a second degree black belt in Tai Kwon Do.  I get a similar feel in his marshal arts studio, as I do when I look at your pictures.  I need to ask his instructor if they had a feng shui expert put it together for them.  There is a feeling of calm and focused energy there.

Amazing Carole! I love the uniforms on the wall and the awards all arranged in a square behind the chair. So cool!  Pictures really do speak a thousand words!

I've never tried martial arts, but maybe if I could go at my own pace I would enjoy it.  The facility looks great!

Excellent job, too bad for the Realty office, but I know you believe as I do that all of those things happen for a reason!  Congrats to your clients and best wishes for success!

Sandy, yes it's a beautiful space! We're very excited to see the Omni take off! :)

Donna. Y,  so much love, care and preparation has been put into building this business. We wish them years and years of success!

Joan, The feeling as you walk in is great. You really can leave your worries at the door feel calm and still be focused :)

Myrl, Wow that's great for your grandson. This practice will help him in so many areas of his life.  It would be interesting if his studio did have a Feng Shui Consultant too. Let me know I would love to hear about it :)

Cristal, It looks so powerful when you see it in person, all the plaques backing Julio up.  The whole set up is wonderful...we're all so excited :)

Ann,  Omni Martial Arts is about learning at your own pace, its perfect!  You should try it, it's such a great way to help you learn to focus and deal better with everyday tasks..and not to mention FUN :) My daughter is thinking about signing up!

Cheryl, Thank You, as long as they kept pushing forward and working they achieved their goal and we can see this business going beyond just being a Martial Arts Studio :)
