Home Stager's work on HGTV in October

my 1st place Filmed almost a year ago, my 1st of 4 spaces I designed for HGTV's "My First Place!"

A whole lot of work, but oh so much fun, with homeowners and a production company a sheer delight to work with - These projects came to me fast and furious; ever challenging me to tie my home staging and design resources & experience seamlessly together.

Commitment Before Contract?

First-time home-buyers Andy and his girlfriend Lindsey have begun searching for a home in the northern suburbs of Chicago. However, Lindsey isn't totally sure that she wants to buy a house with Andy before they're even engaged. She doesn't know that Andy plans to propose once they're in their new home, and neither of them knows how difficult the process of buying can be.

Congrats - I will set the DVR. I've been on "Get It Sold" and "Good Buy Bad Buy" and although it takes a while from taping to air date - it is loads of fun.

Thanks ladies, It was so different than doing "Decorating Cents," - Challenge - No use what they have, you're starting from BLANK. Bonus, no camera crews,scripts, or Spanx - Just my work!!!
