Bluegrass Trophy Properties wants to educate potential horse farm buyers in a way that very few Real Estate agents are capable of. And that is, what are the requirements from a facility standpoint that are needed to raise a top flight equine athelete. What I have learned in my short time here is that there are farms that are legendary in their ability to raise champion horses. It statrts with the soils and forage and goes from there.
