bargain I was going through some old listings from 2 years ago. I would pay full price for every one of these homes! It was unbelievable how I struggled to get some of these homes sold and begged for price reductions. And only a few years have passed and they seem like bargains now!

I wonder if the buyers who fought with me over the price would look back and think that they really got a bargain!

I hear you! One of the best (and worst) things about the market last year in Phoenix was that if you listed it, regardless of list price, it would sell. This year the agents who never really learned the art of pricing for the market are really struggling.
