I have always been curious to know the top and most important things, that a Realtor wants, from their mortgage financing contact?

Can you take a second and send me a response and list  your top 3 or 5 things please?

1) Always answer the phone, 2) Always speak positively about the Realtor, 3) Never lose your cool with the client, 4) Give the client what you promised, 5) Answer the phone.

Communication is the most important thing always! Gregg's comment on answering the phone certainly comes into this category.

Of course, even if they do communicate and answer the phone, that becomes pointless unless they can be informative and up to date with all latest news regarding interest rates, loan programs etc.

It also helps if they can upbeat, positive, courteous, respectful, polite and take a genuine concern over the needs of the clients.

Integrity.  What else do I need to say?

Response.  Not in a nanosecond, but within the current time frame.

Clarity.  Can it get done?  What do my folks need to do to get it done?  Where are we today?

Take care of my client.  When I send them to you, make me look like I did them a favor!

Elizabeth - Since you made this a public post, I'm curious what audience you are addressing.  Consumers?  The AR Realtor community?  Based on those two audiences, you are likely to get two different lists of needs.

Depending on who it is you are trying to serve will determine which list is of more importance.  Personally, I'm here on AR to attract more attention from my local market so I am more concerned with what my local consumers want from me.
