What do I do now?  I have joined Active Rain and I have no idea what to do next.  There is so much here.  Do I read the blogs? Do I make comments on other blogs?   Do I write a post for my blog? Do I get my photo on? Do I  just lose interest because I don't know what to do?  Active rain is such a valuable tool for anyone in the real estate profssion, you definitley want to learn how to use it so that it works best for you.

The best advice that I can new members of our Active Rain community is to first thing you do -- subscribe to the Brad Andersohn, Bob Stewart, andJeremy Blanton's blogs ----They are always full of tips and advice on how to navigate Active Rain.

Here are a few things that may help you:


1) You need to check out the  Active Rain-Community-Guidelines

2) You need to subscribe to the  Official Active Rain Blog
            Here you will keep up to date with what Active Rain is doing for you.
  
3)  You need to complete your profile page ---Katerina Gasset wrote a great post on her blog about creating your profile -- "Your Active Rain Profile - Make It Shine for You" -- in this post, Katerina tells you about 2 other posts that she has written previously on the subject of setting up your profile.  Please read both of those posts referenced in this post.  If you follow her directions, you will have a great profile.

A lot of people view your profile, so you want to get it set up correctly from the beginning.

4) Join the "Active Rain Newbies" group --- OK, how do I do that?
    You can just click on the words Active Rain Newbies and it will take you to the group.  Then go down on the left side until you see "join this group"
       ---- then just click on the "join this group" and voila, you are a member.

Remembering when I first joined that I had no idea what to do first, second or third, I am hoping that I can alleviate some of this stress.
