i would guess a sign doesn't make a person a professional, that sign would reflect a non-professional in my book.
Good luck and success.

Lenn - As a few others have questioned I too wonder who calls on these ads?
Lenn - Using Obama's name for everything kind of freaks me out. What a weird world we are living in.
Lenn - Just chalk the sign-poster up to one more tax payer mad about the $8000 credit. But not too informed about it.
Now that's funny... Seems to me he has Joe and Jane Pubic confused with Bank of America, AIG, GM and the like. Those folks made out with far more than the fellow riding by reading this sign.
So the phone is a ringing and no one's answering! Sounds about right! Wonder if you will get a call back from caller ID. If so, I would love to be listening to that conversation! Love the name, Good Luck Rd.!
Silvia. Who is paying? In the Obama plan? The American tax payer.
Debbie. One of the brokers in my network was more patient than I and got a recording. The number leads to a real estate office, clearly in violation of license law with no disclosure of broker identity.
Mike. Perhaps they are appealing to consumers who are looking for something free from Obama.
Susan. Doing it on the cheap is fine if the promoter doesn't violate license law. I believe that this one does.
Carol. We have signs all over the area, except in some counties that not only have ordinances against them but collect them and fine the posters.
Katerina. It's just too funny. Has "Obama" become synonomous with "FREE". Wonder why?
Jan. Apparently their phone answered later in the day. I got e-mail this a.m. from a friend/broker who saw my post and let me know that it leads to a real estate office. Mmmmm
Lina. Same here.
Don. Indeed. But, they're all over that neighborhood, posted by a real estate office in the area.
Barb. Funny. I called it a little after 6 PM. It just rang and rang.
Lou. Agreed.
Michelle. Someone must. I suppose the keyword is Obama.
Kent. Isn't that the truth.
Jim. It's not from a tax payer. It's from a real estate office. Mmmmmm.
Jesse and Kathy. Indeed. Joe and Jane don't know where to begin. Why not with a road sign?
Dick and Dixie. I hope they do call. I'll let them know the license law about real estate advertising.
Lenn, thanks for my morning chuckle. I would tend to doubt that this is a licensed Realtor, but you never know!
Gabe. Sadly, it is. A friend tried the number and got a recording from a real estate office.
Lenn,
This sign says it all! Thanks for a chuckle..it is sad indeed that this is tied to a real estate office..it makes us all look bad!
Dorie. Indeed. Hopefully, the Real Estate Commission or local Realtor Association will catch this blog and, who knows?????
Sure~
"Good Luck Road" & hard times make an interesting combination. In GA if the person is a licensed agent they could face hefty fines for doing this.
I don't know that I would call someone using such a cheap and unprofessional sign.
I for one Always look for my financial and real estate guidance from an "ad" written with a sharpie. CLASSIC! Thanks for the chuckle.
There's no point in running an ad campaign if you don't pick up your phone! I have my office phone automatically forwarded to my cell phone so I can personally answer my calls.
And to think I have spent almost $1 million a year in outdoor advertising all across Florida when I could have done that instead!
AR Blogging Friend,
Ok... I have used the UYS years ago. It really worked... It's not the target maket I am aming to find today, but I got loans every month from it.
I did remember to set my 800 message though.
