19 Comments on Things are starting to Change here in New Hampshire and Vermont
You are lucky to be living in such a beautiful and historic place.
And, how did you get color in your fonts? Cool.
Dale I was thinking little while ago you probably would be doing a blog on "changing of the leaves" up in your part of the country. I guess I will only get to enjoy photographs. Ceil has been to N.H. and said it is quite beautiful, but going for business didn't give her much time for sightseeing.
Howdy there Bill, Carl and Ceil
Its a pleasure to have y'all stop by to visit for a bit, and to read and write a reply back to your comments. On this blog post about Fall Foliage up here in New Hampshire and Vermont, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends
Bill - Thank you kindly, there is a lot of Historic places to visit, and the foliage and mountains are real fine to look at, thats for sure.
Do you use FireFox?
Carl and Ceil -I'll do some more blog post, so you can look at even some more photos of the changing of the foliage colors. When your going some for business reasons, it sure does make it hard to, go around looking at suff, thats for sure.
Dale,
I would have said the same here but today was quite hot. Good to see you have the new photo.
Howdy there Steven
There were saying on the new that we will be back up to 80 tomorrow or Thur. That will slow the color changing, unless we have real cool nights.
I need to work with the new photo a bit. You've also got a real fine look-en new photo, yourself, with your grandson in it with you.
WOO HOO, we are on our way Thursday to Newport Rhode Island for vacation and I'm sure hoping to see some of that color. I love living here but do miss the fall colors. Our leaves turn brown in December and fall but they aren't very pretty. The good news is that they are back on by March.
Hi Dale, Since I won't be able to make it up to New England to do any leaf-peeping, I am looking forward to seeing some gorgeous photos of the Fall foliage in your area!
Howdy there Marchel, Shirley

Very nice Dale! I envy you with the distinct changing of the seasons. The heat has finally let up here in Central Texas as Carl has probably mentioned. We are getting a little rain this week also thank goodness. It will be a few more weeks before we really feel the effects of Fall though.
Dale, I'm not sure I like your new photo. You are too far away and I can't see your handsome, smiling face!
Plus, what are you carrying there? A big mug of coffee? Your camera? A man-bag? :)
Cheers,
Robin
Hi Dale, despite the recent rain we are still baking alive here in Central Texas. I am looking forward to pictures of the changing leaves in your area as Autumn progresses. BTW, I like you ne picture, you could be one of the hands on the trail drive from Lonesome Dove!
