Beautiful ad! So many sellers underestimate the powerful impact a staged home has on a buyer. It may be a couple of thousand to do, but it can be very rewarding in the end! Especially if the home is listed at the right price. A staged home almost seems to say "PICK ME PICK ME! I'M HOMEY & GORGEOUS!"
