Newbie Introduction to a Great Place

This is the most unbelievable website for networking real estate professionals in the online world! I study the search engines all the time because I am active in my SEO efforts and I kept seeing active rain postings but never really took the time to see what it was about.

1 hour later, I'm a new proud member.

My name is Maurice, I am from Southern California and I manage a specialty manufactured home lending division. I have been in this manufactured home loan business for 8 years now and I hope to provide valuable advice and help to anyone who needs it in regards to all aspects of manufactured home financing.
