What a beautiful place to buy.  I am seeing more and more Californians choosing to move to areas like yours because you get more for your money than you do here.  I know I would love to live in that beautiful area :)

Charles * you need to mention that the small train depot at Keswick near Keswick Hall's entry was used in the movie GIANT(Keswick doubled as the MD home of Elizabeth Taylor when Rock Hudson came to meet her); that the recent movie RUSH with Paltrow and Jessica Lange was shot up the road in Orange with the Christmas "church scene" at Keswick's historic Grace Church (where the blessing of the hounds is held every Thanksgiving) AND that the Keswick area has plenty of celebs of our own * including Sissy Spacek and her husband who live in Cobham.
