West Jordan home values have increased approx 8.2% since the end of the year and have increased about 3% each in April and May. West Jordan values are strong and continue to rise. Home values in May were 21% higher than in May 2007.

Though home values are up, the number of homes selling per month is declining. The absorption rate in May was at 5.5 months which is 28% higher than it was in April.
