By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Why Buy now?  Are interest rates low?  Should I rent or Buy?  Should I wait for the market to go lower?  I could never buy a home, Right?  These questions and so many more will be addressed by the First Time Home Buyers Specialists from Keller Williams Really and Bank of America.  The purpose is to introduce home buyers to the whole process of determining what financing you would qualify for, searching for a home, Home buying process, loan products along with programs and incentives for first time buyers.

The next session will be held at the Lory Student Center on the Campus of Colorado State University on October 1, 2009.  The program will be held from 6-7 pm.  One urgent topic is that the $8000 first time home buyers Tax credit is expiring soon and to take advantage of it buyers must act soon!  Space is limited so call 970.690.8276 or david@davidtimmhomes.com  to reserve your spot.

We will also be holding these classes again if Oct. 1 does not work.   Dates for other classes are Nov. 9 and Dec. 5.

Hi David;

 I agree that this is a great time to buy real estate, we need to educate our buyers about this great opportunity and I am pretty sure the seminar will do that. Good luck!~
