Excellent summary of the Highland Ranch real estate market Rita.  Even though the total number of sales is way off, it looks like homes are holding their values.  Good news!

Erik - it was actually a little surprising to me to find the sales so low for August for this area of Highlands Ranch.

Our sales were low for August too but that is due to the amount of short sales we have pending (long escrows!)

Anyways to be positive, your average prices are no where near the declines we have seen in the last year!
