We were contacted by a prep team to stage a soon-to-be vacant property in Erie, CO. The homeowner knew he wanted to take all of the necessary steps in order to achieve a successful sale. During the transformation we advised on various improvements of paint, hardware, planting, maintenance and a simple yet impactful furnishing plan. Our primary goal was to create a defined function for the main areas of this home, work within budget while keeping the price point and listed competition in check.
