Wordy Wednesday: The REALTOR® as Dream Maker...Bridging the Gap

By
Industry Observer

Of all the services that I get to provide to my clients, helping prospective home buyers "bridge the gap" between what they want in a new home or what they perceive the market will allow them to buy and what their budget and parameters will permit is one of my favorites.

Many prospective homeowners come to me with an idea of what they want, but no idea how to achieve those dreams.  Sometimes those dreams may be slightly out of reach, but with some assistance and education about the market, they are able to reshape their dreams and make them achievable.

How could anyone not love a career where they not only help people to dream, but to help them make those dreams come true?

Nice post...and what a great picture of that fabulous bridge!  Whereever did you take that?  It looks like it could be from the New England states or European!

Hi, Steve:

This is a beautiful bridge portrait.  And, you are right, those are the times that make it all worthwhile.

That's one of the reasons that I like to work with first-time home buyers. We can help to mold their decisions and guide them to a better life for themselves. It's very self rewarding.

Hi Steve,

Is this the same bridge you had a photo of in another post, from a different angle?  Or was it someone else's post I'm thinking of.  The lights look familiar.  I noticed a typo in the word "located" in your signature area at the bottom of your post.  I'm surprised Karen Anne didn't catch it lol.
