Magna home values are up 18% since year-end! It is clearly the hottest market in Salt Lake County. Home values have increased steadily this year and sales volume has kept a close pace with the records numbers of 2006.

Will it continue? I believe it will.

Look at the absorption rate of 3.4 months. It is the second lowest in the county, West Valley is the lowest at 3.0 months.

As an Investor, I'd take a serious look at Magna. Even with the 18% increase since year-end it is the best buy in the county. With values increasing and demand at 3.4 months it is still a great time to invest.
