David, That is so unique, not having any naration on the video. The dog barking in the background gave it a nice neighborhood feeling. :)

The barking dog was Jessie; Inside Protecting her house.

The Video's are wonderful ways to promote and market. The Perfect video would have a shot of the sign (For Sale) and Close with the sign. Some soft music would solve camera clicking and mechanical panning noises.

I thought the silence of the neighbourhood spoke for itself.
