A majority of lenders have discontinued the refinance of VA loans without an Appraisal. Mainly due to the recent non-performance of these loans.We are now seeing lender increasing the credit score requirement to a middle credit score of 640. There has been a HUGE increase in guidelines changes for the worse.
Lenders seem to be tighting the once laxed guidelines for veterans.
