Mark October 20, 2009 on your calendar for the annual Canyon Creek Fun Run! Get your running shoes on and meet at the school at 6:30pm for a run around the school area! Tickets are only $5/runner and water is provided.

I have a friend who would love this. I used his running shoes in my Wordless Wednesday post. lol. They are so gross! The boy just runs everywhere =)

It's a great activity and is something you may end up enjoying to do the rest of your life. My son has completed 2 Ironman races and runs like the wind!
