    Howdy there Carl and Ceil

Carl - this sure is a mighty fine, Fall Inspection Checklist series. That your a do-en. Checking the dryer vents for any clogs, sure is an idem, that folks want to take a look at. A cloged dryer vent, could very will be an area where a fire could start in a home.

Dale thanks for stopping. I didn't realize the print was so small. I did it in word and then transferred it over. I'm glad you mentioned dryer vents that is very important, a clog can cause a fire. Also checking all your water lines under the sink and in the bathrooms is important.

Carl - I'm not real sure why that happens, from using word. I was useing word to write some of my blog posts, last year. Then one day, they where not transferring right. The colors were no longer there after it use transferred. So I stoped doing my posts that way. My friend one thing, don't edit the post now that its been posted. Or you'll endup losing points.

It sure is mighty important, to check, all water lines of a home. Thats for sure!

    Carl

thanks for the great little fall checklist. I cannot believe how often my dryer outlet gets clogged. It has a guard on the end to keep out critters that also traps lint!

Dale I didn't know that about editing. I do allot of editing because the type is so small when I type I can hardly see what I am typing. I wish they had a choice of fonts  and colors here on AR on the tool bar. Ceil just reminded me I could move my tool bar from 100% to 125%. Hey now I can see.

(I don't know why if we edit we loose points. I would rather loose points then to let something go out wrong if I become aware something needs to be fixed or changed).  Maybe AR  will reconsider that policy.

Trey: These are just a few of the things we sure do need to examine on a yearly basis, maybe twice. Dryer vents and gutters are import that's why I like to put out these reminder and to also advise First Time Home Buyers.

Michael: It  time to get busy and get it out of the way.

Carl- the only time you loose them from editing, is after you have uploaded your post to the community, and edit the whole post. You can edit parts, like words here and there. I loss some points from editing one of my posts, after I started using the auto signature. And deleted the ending part that I put on it, when I wrote the post and posted it. From what I learned, the reason was for this actson, is some members of the community was gaming the AR point system. They would go to old posts edit them, to where they would end up geting another 200 points for the same post alover again. Theres always some out that look for ways to game the system, and miss it up for all the others.

I must be one totally incompetent nincompoop because replacing "any worn or missing parts in the toilet" is never an easy job for me. I usually cause more damage than I repair, thereby requiring a call to the plumber to make everything right again.

Russell its hard for be to believe yu are an incompetent nincompoop; throw the instructions away, maybe that's causing the problem.
