- 2 Cups unseasoned croutons
- 2 Cups onion & garlic croutons
- 1/4 Cup butter or margarine melted
- 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Cups milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 10-12 slices cooked bacon (crisp and crumbly)
DIRECTIONS:
- Coat a 9 x 11 x 2 pan with vegetable spray.
- Place croutons in dish and pour margarine over croutons
- Sprinkle grated cheese over margarine and croutons.
- Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle evenly with bacon.
BAKE AT 325º FOR 45 MINUTES. ALLOW CASSEROLE TO STAND FOR 15 MINUTES AFTER REMOVING FROM OVEN. ENJOY!
