Cardel Homes is now building homes in MiraBay. They are offering homes from 2281 to 2807 square feet. The prices start in the $300,000's. They are bring a revision of their popular Gulfstream model to the community. The home includes three bedrooms, a den, bonus room and 2.5 baths with a 2 car garage. The pricing for the homes starts around $350,000.

Mira Bay has a lot of amenities for its residents. Homeowners can enjoy  private club that overlooks the lagoon and is where many of the events in Mira Bay take place. The MiraBay Clubhouse is 10,000 sq. feet. Mira Bay also has a tennis club, the Racquet club. Golfing is also easily accessible.  The Mira Bay clubhouse also has a resort style pool with lap lanes, volleyball, and a children's pool.

Boating is one of the amenities of in Mira Bay. MiraBay has in the middle of it a 135 acre fresh water lagoon. It also hosts the fabulous MiraBay Club.
