Consumers in Columbus Ga, Fort Benning, Phenix City will be better served with the new HUD1 forms.  Jan 1, 2010 HUD! forms will change throughout the country.

    New RESPA changes enacted by HUD and the United States Congress will be transforming HUD1 forms to the new standard on or before January 1, 2010.   I thought it to be useful and important to give you an advance look at what the forms will contain and look like.  As of January 1, 2010, use of any forms other than those required under new rules will prevent any loan from closing.
