Columbus Ga Real Estate, Fort Benning Realtors and consumers will be better served by the New Good Faith Estimates, that will become effective in the new year.  New RESPA changes enacted by HUD and the United States Congress will be transforming Good Faith Estimate forms to the new standard on or before January 1, 2010.   We thought it to be useful and important to give you an advance look at what the forms will contain and look like.  As of January 1, 2010, use of any forms other than those required under new rules will prevent any loan from closing.
