I write these blogs just as a venting source, i find it to be a very easy way to converse with good people and learn more stuff everyday. I would go crazy if i didn't have a site like this one to talk on, being so so with computers i am still dealing with issues, no big deal but it's just amazing how very nice these very professional people can be to total strangers. I have blogged a little with other mortgage professionals who have been amazing, these people are really the ones you want to be around taking care of business side by side with us. I do alot of mortgages, but i don't need other peoples deals nor do i need too many deals it's a job and i appreciate it very much. I will never Cross a colleague it's not worth it and after talking with a few so far on this site i now know why i wouldn't. I am going to utilize any advice i get, it's free and good advice.
