I am so glad that this work week is over. I have put things together to see them fall apart...to put back together again...to see them fall apart...to put them together again. I think I will leave now.
Hope that you have been successful in your real estate dealings this week. You know, I just do not care how hard they are...as long as I can do them.

I totally understand your week Ginger! Some days you just have to walk away from a file and come back to it the following day with a fresh perspective.
I have had days when short sales seem to be worthless and everything possible goes wrong and then like a miracle, some how they turn around and everything works out in the end. I've learned not to stress over short sales, it is what it is and don't take them personally when one side is not willing to negotiate, just move on to the next one.
Ginger --- frustrating week, uh? Sorry about that, but don't we all face these kinds of weeks --- glad your short sale is coming together.
