DVSAS was founded in1979, Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services of Whatcom County is a Volunteer based organiziation! DVSAS Serves people of all ages who have been victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. They serve well over 3,000 victime a year and provide school based and community education to 3,500 people.
