Water skiing with the grandchildren in the summer and the nightly outdoor fires, cookouts.

Fall hunting trips and exploring the area as the leaves change to red, orange, yellow from green as you tool around on an atv four wheeler. Winter ice fishing, skating on an area of the lake you clear and hot chocolate around bonfires and planning tomorrow's ski trip to Big Rock Mountain. Spring means digging out the wharf, putting out the gas grill, lawn chairs and hanging up the hammock and driving in the horseshoe stakes. Maine...it does NOT get any better than this. Full time lake living..having a Maine lake for a neighbor complete with the crystal clean unspoiled water, the zillion kinds of fish, the loons singing, the bald eagles soaring over ready to catch dinner in a nose dive fashion. If you've worked hard enough, if the desk at the office pinning your to wall is something you have had enough of...consider seriously a move to Maine. Come for a day, stay a life time. $149,900!

This Maine lake home has a 300' frontage on Deering Lake too. Check out the many hummingbirds feeding up close and live in this video below.

My husband hails from Lee Maine, near Lincoln.  We're going on a road trip to Maine in the spring and will be some spending time there.  I am sure it is all that everyone says that it is.

Melissa..this one has a full cellar..all ceramic..the video shows it inside/out. Front row..no right of way and back three or four places like where it's pricey. Best part..the water is crystal clean..no milfoil vegetation, no pullution. Fewer people means unspoiled, lower priced, more value.

Leolinda woo hoo....I knew there was something about you that made you special..that Maine connection. Lincoln has a lot of lakes right in town! How did you guys meet being so far apart?

TL..I'll give you wife a call, let her know I have a pretty good idea what you want for Christmas. I'll take care of the little details to make it happen for you!

Bob...with 11 people per square mile in Aroostook County..we have plenty of room for a couple more. Load up the Rambler, point 'er north! Maine, the way life should be. Thanks for the kind video words...yu can crank them out too! Start with your kids events...like this hockey rivalry video that was fun to shoot/capture/edit.

This sounds like a great value, especially with the lifestyle this home offers.
