While looking around the Apple iTunes store for the just right mileage recorder, that I still haven’t found, I did stumble across an awesome app.

In my market many buyers are coming from a few hours away and would like to get a good look at a few properties before making the trip out. I was actually written up in the CAR magazine for using flickr.com to preview properties for clients. And now I have an even better tool. Say It & Mail It lets me email a voice message and picture quickly right to my client’s email. What a cool little app. That can really show (and tell) what you need to get across.

So far I really like this one. I’ve only had it since the other night, but I am sure that this will come in handy!
