Take a look at this recent staging our team did in Glenmoore, Berks County PA. It is a charming new home with gorgeous architectural features but without staging it felt too vanilla- the selling features did not pop. After staging buyers are better able to connect to the space. Take a look for yourself:

If those pictures are not proof of the difference staging a vacant house can make, I don't know what is!  Your work is really beautiful.

Great job, I staged a vacant condo last week with the same builders white, I guess, walls. The builder had me stage the smallest unit, but once staging was complete, buyers AND brokers actually were thinking that this unit was LARGER than the larger units. Funny how staging really gives the home a larger more defined space. LOVE THE COLORS!!

Kate, These are fantastic photos! You and your team are worth much more than your weight in Gold! You have taken a blank canvas and made it into a beautiful work of art. If I were ever going to grow up (which I promised my hubby I wouldn't do) I would want to be just like you. Thanks for sharing this work.

I love your work, and though the colors you chose were on the neutral side (not over the top bright colors) they certainly made the place POP!
