Although we have a little different conclusion about whose voices are actually the noisiest (and we'll give you are impression at the end of this article), Rich Kruse fired off an impressive list of voices in his response to my inquiry, so he is the Winner of this query.  The prize?  Just our congratulations on demonstrating his true voice of experience, as evidenced in Rich's list!  It was so good, we had to print it as submitted (italics added for emphasis):

Noisy voices in the lenders office screaming at the LO who placed the loan.

Noisy voices over the phone with the LO yelling at the appraiser who blew up the value.

Noisy voices of the EO company and appraiser arguing over the lawsuit

Noisy voices of the property owner screaming at the lender for more time

Noisy voices of the couple in trouble yelling at each other over their financial problems

Noisy voices of the tenant screaming at the guy offering cash for keys

Noisy voices of the trashout guys yelling "HEY, I found a watch."

Noisy voices of the drug addicts partying in the vacant house as they rip out the plumbing

Noisy voices of the agent screaming into the vacant house that anyone in there has 5 minutes to get out before the police arrive.

Noisy voices of the Servicer when the offer comes in $30,000 below asking price, but right where you told him it would.

Noisy voice of the buyers agent when he gets the counter.

Great job, Rich, we agree with all you wrote.  Additionally, and the answer we were fishing for was not in your list.  In fact, what we have found with the many REO's we have listed is that the noisiest voices are often (and repeatedly) the neighbors and homeowner associations who complain about the now sorry state of the yards, the dying lawns, the weed gardens, and the general neglect of the property.  Sadly, but not so ironically, the many persons (in our experience, all persons) who are finally evicted or lose their properties to foreclosure, have long neglected the upkeep of the property.
