There are 82 homes on the market FOR SALE or FOR RENT within 1 mile of the Forrest Glen Metro Station at the time of this report (9/21/2009), up one since the last report.

There are a total of 16 units currently on the market FOR RENT. The least expensive is a studio apartment including utilities listed at $975/month.  The most expensive RENTAL is a three-bedroom three full bath bungalow on a .26 acre lot listed for $3,600.  

There are a total of 66 units currently on the market FOR SALE.  The least expensive for sale is a studio apartment list for $90,000. While there are four and even five bedroom homes on the market, the most expensive home FOR SALE is a three-bedroom one full bath home on a .489 acre lot listed for $1,900,000.
