I am happy to announce that I picked up 3 land listings through a fellow Weichert, Realtor who is from NJ and who had a past client who owns land in the Poconos. I immediately followed up with her and she appreciated my immediate response and I am going to be Express Mailing the listing packages to her on Monday. While land is currently a hard sell, I am going to do my best as she is paying maintance fees and taxes on lots she never plans to build on. Going to be priced for a quick sale, stayed tuned for these beautiful 1 acre lots in an amenity filled community.

  Maybe there is an agressive builder partner who will help..if not buy them...make suggestions to this prospective buyers for these sites...good luck !
