Reading this quote brought two things to mind. The first is something my broker Kim Galvan is always saying."Come from contribution." Help them meet their goals, and they will help you meet your production goals in your real estate career. That is a win-win for everyone, which is one of the things in the Keller Williams moto.

The second thing this quote reminded me of was all the parents out there who are trying to have a thriving real estate career and a happy home life. Doing both is not easy. You have to sometimes make hard choices. My kids ball game, or go show a home to that buyer. But you can be successful at both!
