This weekend marks the 12th Annual 70 Mile Yard Sale in beautiful Prince Edward Island, Canada. Many interested buyers from PEI, other parts of Canada, etc., journey to southeastern Prince Edward Island to find the yard sale items that best meets their needs.

The 70 mile yard sale in PEI is tremendous for local businesses such as restaurants, gas bars, B&B's, cottages, stores, etc. No doubt their sales will soar this weekend.

It's also a great time to get out and meet old and new friends, have a chat, and enjoy the fellowship of the event. For a PEI Real Estate agent it is a good chance to network with potential buyers from all over the region and beyond.

I live in Jamestown, Tennessee, home of the "World's Longest Yard Sale," which is in its 23rd year now and stretches from Ohio to Georgia in early August.

Personally, I think people have TOO MUCH STUFF!
