This house located on West 210 in Fairview Park had a elevated radon reading. The buyer was strongly encourage to get the test done by their realtor Sue. They were told by numerous friends and family members that Fairview really is`nt an area for elevated radon readings. Because of a realtor who cares about the health of her clients she convinced them to pay our company to forego the radon testing procedure. In the end they negotiated for this radon mitigation system to be installed by the sellers contractor at their cost. They also negotiated for a new electrical panel and some other odds and ends. Total cost from seller was around $3,500.00. Cost for home inspection and radon testing $349.00. Piece of mind...priceless!
