I have been posting HUD properties that are listed by other brokers. Like Jeanette, our office is registered to bid on these properties so they allow us to market and post them. I have been getting leads, but here is the problem. When I post the homes I only give price, bedrooms, etc, but no address. When a potential client calls, if I give out the address I take a chance (very big chance) that I will not hear from them again. Does anyone have any ideas that have worked in the past or ideas to protect the sale and tie the client to us as the agent? I have tried the exclusive buyers agreement but will push back.
